Karen is a Senior Consultant with Thayer-Carver, and CEO and President of Topside Strategies, LLC, a healthcare consulting company based in Commerce, Michigan, providing knowledge to companies within the healthcare industry including hospital organizations, physician groups, and healthcare information technology companies. Prior to her starting her own business, Karen served as the Chief Executive Officer and President for Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Huron Valley Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township from 2015-2017.
